These assessments often include space planning of the new operation, and detailed workflow diagrams that make deployment of a new process significantly easier.
• Mail security assessment: the average mail center has already purchased some sort of technology to assist in screening incoming mail. The reality is that same technology is misused in greater than 50% of those instances. We will develop a set of safe mail handing procedures that include the proper use of technology within your organizations unique environment.
• Technology benchmarking: just because you utilize a mail meter and a scale doesn’t mean you have the right technology. We are experts in mail equipment and software that is designed to maximize the cost savings you can receive on every letter and package you send. Because we are not affiliated with any technology provider, we can supply you with an unbiased assessment of your current system(s), and present alternatives based on the strengths and weaknesses each system possesses.
